Photography Benefit Sale

The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts is now accepting submissions to its annual Photography Benefit Sale.

The benefit sale gives FMoPA members the chance to display and sell their work, and it gives museum visitors a rare opportunity to view—with the option of purchasing—work produced by local photographers.

All pieces must be registered and dropped off in person at the museum before the deadline on November 24th at 5 pm.

There is a small manipulation fee of 10 cents per square inch of the wall space occupied by each piece (example: an 8-by-10 inch framed photograph will cost $8).To participate in the benefit sale, photographers must become or already be a member of FMoPA. To become a member, visit www.fmopa.org/join

For the Benefit Show we are partnering with Galleries on the Go. They have created an interactive app that will allow the viewer to download and see more information on the artist or photographs by scanning the label in the exhibition. As a participant of this show you will have the opportunity to have a short 1 min video made that will be shown in this app. For more information, please email exhibitions@fmopa.org or call the museum at (813) 221-2222.
