2026 International Photography Competition

The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts is pleased to announce the 2026 International Photography Competition. Each year, FMoPA celebrates photographic excellence by providing a platform for emerging and established photographers from around the world to showcase their work in a professional museum setting.
We are seeking submissions that push the boundaries of visual storytelling, technique, and cultural commentary. Selected works will represent a wide range of genres, including portraiture, conceptual photography, places/landscape, documentary/photojournalism, Abstract, Nature/science/animals, and still life, reflecting the power of photography as a global language.
Winning entries will be part of a curated exhibition at our location in Ybor City, juried by an international panel of esteemed curators, educators, and photography professionals, and will be awarded prizes from the competition’s sponsors.
The 2027 Call for Entries opens early February. Stay tuned for submission guidelines and category details. We look forward to seeing the world through your lens.
