Venue Policies

Decoration Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of our exhibitions and comply with museum policies for art preservation, glitter, confetti, red wine, wall decorations, open flames, and smoke machines are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Cleanup Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring the venue is returned to its original condition. This includes the removal of all personal items and decorations, and arranging for proper disposal of any waste.

Vendor Insurance Requirement

To ensure the safety of our space and guests, all outside vendors—including DJs, caterers, florists, and rental companies—are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Rental Agreement

By booking our venue, you agree to adhere to all stated policies and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of the event.

Liability and Damages

The renter is liable for any damages to the property or artwork during the event. Please ensure all guests and vendors are aware of and respect our policies.

Security Deposit

A $100 security deposit is required for all event rentals and will be included as part of your total event invoice. If no damages, policy violations, or excessive cleanup needs are noted after the event, the deposit amount will be credited toward your final balance.

Tax information

A 3.5% Florida sales tax will be applied to all venue rental fees unless the client provides a valid Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14) prior to invoicing.

Parking information

Street parking and small parking lots are available throughout historic 7th Ave. Follow instructions for parking payments. Hours of operation for On-Street parking are 8 a.m. to 3 a.m., 7 days per week.
