Beth Belaschky: Echoes of the Luminous

In Echoes of the Luminous, Belaschky presents a body of work that inhabits the spaces between memory and dreaming. Working across holograms, excavations, cold wax and gold leaf works, and lightboxes, she extends photography beyond the image, transforming it into a physical and emotional presence to be encountered rather than observed.
Rooted in intuition and guided by sensitivity to subtle energies, the works explore what lingers beneath the visible surface: traces of emotion, echoes of the feminine, and the quiet pull of the spirit. Processes of layering, carving, and material accumulation mirror acts of remembering and unearthing, revealing fragments that feel both intimate and archetypal.
Belashky is an award-winning multidisciplinary photographic artist based in Florida. She is a 2025 Arts Impact Fund grant recipient through Creative Pinellas and a winner of the Silver Scholarship at the Palm Beach Photographic Center, among other awards. Her work has been featured in Lenscratch and The Artisan Magazine.
