“Anonymous Women: Camouflage and Calamity,” photographer Patty Carroll confronts the complicated and changing relationship between women and domesticity. 

Carroll’s work features luxe studio installations made for the camera. By camouflaging female mannequins with drapery and domestic objects, Carroll creates a dark and humorous game of hide-and-seek between her viewers and the Anonymous Women.
