Humane Society Night at FMoPA

Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMoPA) and the Humane Society of Tampa Bay (HSTB) present a special Fourth Friday event to end animal homelessness

  • The pop-up exhibition will feature images taken at the Humane Society facility and hospitals by photographers of all levels 
  • Guests may bring photos of animals to display at the event
  • The admission is by donation to The Humane Society

Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMoPA) and the Humane Society of Tampa Bay will host a special event on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m.

The event will include a short presentation from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay leadership and a Q&A. The community exhibition will feature selected images taken by photographers of all ages and skill levels at the Humane Society animal shelter and hospital in January-February 2022. Guests are encouraged to bring photographs of their pets. The photographs will be pinned to a board and displayed at the museum as a live art installation during the event. 

The admission to the event is pay-what-you-wish with 100% of proceeds going to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. FMoPA is located on 400 N. Ashley Drive Cube on the second floor of the Rivergate Tower in downtown Tampa.

Please join us! The goal of the event is to help raise awareness about animal homelessness and the immense importance of pet-human relationships for our emotional and social well-being.
